DELIVERY DEADLINES AND PLACES

An estimate of the maximum delivery time is communicated to you on the order closing page, after entering the zip code of the delivery address.
In any circumstance, the term begins to be valid only after the approval of your request. Our carriers route deliveries by region, and each zip code range has a delivery time that is informed when closing your order.
The freight for your purchases varies according to the location, weight and volume of the products. To calculate the freight amount to be paid, just choose the product, click Buy and enter the zip code of the delivery location on the checkout page. If your order includes products with free shipping, the calculated shipping value will only be for products not on sale. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX
There must be an authorized person on site to receive the item(s), as it is necessary to check upon delivery that the goods are as requested. If (and only if) the product is in perfect condition, sign the Proof of Receipt and the Term of Conformity (it is important that both documents are signed). If the product shows any discrepancies, refuse delivery and contact SAC immediately. In case of absence, the carrier makes two (2) more delivery attempts and if, even so, it is unable to deliver, the goods return to the Distribution Center.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Product availability depends on the relationship between the quantity of an item in stock, its sales volume and the supplier's replenishment time. During your navigation on the site, you will see the availability of the product next to the Buy button.

PRE SALE
Foodz is always looking for new products for you. Periodically, you can find pre-sale products on the website, that is, launches that have not yet arrived at the Foodz store but that you can buy in advance. The delivery of these products will be carried out from the launch date.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY
To track your delivery, enter your login and password on the My Account page.
On the landing page there is a summary of your purchase. To check all the information, just click on the order number.

Can I change the delivery address?
It is not possible to change the delivery address to another zip code range due to the freight variation and tax rates that have already been collected, such as ICMS (Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services).

How to calculate delivery time
To calculate the delivery time for your address, enter the zip code on the checkout page. After entering the zip code, you will be able to view the deadline and all available delivery types.
