Return and Refund Policy
How to initiate a Return or Refund
If you want to start the Return or Refund process for the purchase of a product, you must first request it by >our contact form< or by email contato@foodz.store clarifying what happened. As soon as we receive the request, we will have a period of 1 working day to assess which of the 3 cases below the request fits and respond to the customer.
In which cases can I request the return or exchange of a product?
1st Case: Exchange for Defects or Breakdowns.
2nd Case: Exchange for delivery of the product outside the specifications.
3rd Case: I want to request the return of a product that did not break the seal and request a refund of the amount paid (deadline is 7 calendar days after receiving the order).
1st Case: Exchange for Defects, Breakdown.
Despite great care in storage, packaging and handling, eventually the products may be defective due to various factors such as transportation, manufacturing, etc.
The product must be sent in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. After we receive the defective product, we will arrange to resend you a new product.
All products will undergo a prior analysis to verify the existence of a manufacturing defect. If it is found that there is a defect in the product, Foodz will arrange for the shipment of the same product to the Customer's address.
Attention: We only accept exchanges requested within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. All returns must be communicated in advance. Products returned without prior notice will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.
2nd Case: - Exchange for delivery of the product outside the specifications.
The product must be sent in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.
After we receive the defective product, we will arrange to resend you a new product.

3rd Case: I want to request the return of a product and request a reversal of the amount paid.
It must be sent in the original unopened packaging and contain the closed seals, if applicable, with no signs that the product has been opened. It is accompanied by the invoice for the product.
The cost of shipping to return your product will be borne by the customer (buyer).
After we receive the product for return, we will arrange for the refund of the amount paid as follows:
- Payment by credit card: the amount reversed will be credited to the customer's next invoice.
- Cash payment by Boleto: the amount will be deposited within 3 business days in the current account in the name of the purchaser.
